You just might find Jack Wingate sitting on the porch at any time. Born and raised in our area, Jack is a living history book 'bout all sorts of interesting stuff 'round these parts. Being as he's one of the original B.A.S.S. champs he knows a bit 'bout fishing too, 'specially on Lake Seminole, and he's always ready to give advice! Checkout his "Seminole Ramlin's", complete with Jack's Fishing Report. Also checkout Jack's Books available only at Wingate's. May 30, 2006, Jack was honored with SR97 named in his honor. Stay awhile! Pick from our Lodging Accommodations

Pick from Log cabins, Brick duplexes, Motel rooms, Mobile Homes, or our campgrounds on Lake Seminole. Campsites offer your choice of RV sites with 15-50 amp service and other amenities or "rough it" in our "Primitive" campsites (but with water and electricity ... yall don't want to get too primitive now do ya?). If being on the water is more your style then dock your boat in our marina.

Host Your Fishing Tournament at Wingate's

Tournament Directors contact us to schedule your fishing tournament. We have plenty of parking, carts to get your fishing folks to their boat, two double launch ramps, weigh-in stage, concession stand, live release pontoon boat and friendly folks ready, willing and able to make your tournament at Wingate's the best ever!

Welcome to fantastic bass, crappie, white bass, hybrid and striper fishing on South Georgia's famous Lake Seminole.

Fishing, hunting, or just taking in the wonderful sites, Lake Seminole can't be beat. We'll be real happy to help you obtain a guide for your fishing or hunting trip, or checkout these local folks yourself.

Need a little something to take along?

Our store has ice, bait, tackle and necessities right here at the Marina. We carry the Bassaholics Lifestyle Apparel (translated that means some neat hats and shirts and stuff). How about fuel? Yep we've got gasoline too and at competitive pricing. Checkout our store located in our Restaurant building.
